Vinyl Concepts just completed a large fence project for us. Included in that were very complicated RV gates with a hill on the side. The team crafted a solution that provides a really good looking fence with sufficient height for security. They fashioned some custom trim pieces for the tall gate. They were always courteous and friendly. The customer service staff, installation crew, showroom staff, and sales were all a joy to work with. The price was reasonable as well. We’re so glad we selected Vinyl Concepts!

Our back patio fence started this A.M. and was finished by noon, done with perfect precision and knowledge of how to correctly install vinyl fencing. Luis and his co-worker arrived and were quickly at work to take out the existing wood fence with minimum noise and done cleanly. Luis took extra care as I noticed him consistently leveling and calculating the best approach to the project. And the end result is just beautiful. My family in the trades of development, property management of large and small scale will definitely be told of our experience with Vinyl Concepts.
Saw your truck in Torrance yesterday and it put a smile on our faces. You guys did a great job with the installation of a couple of gates and a small handrail back in 2008 and we only had a tiny problem; which you guys fixed in no time. Thank you for being so professional.
We recently had a pergola installed in our back yard patio area and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. We appreciated project manager, Mike Stepanyan’s expertise and knowledge in guiding us to the style which best suited our needs. And true to his word, the pergola was installed in two days, thanks to the hard work of Sergi and Armen. Both workers were very professional, skilled, and efficient. We love our pergola and received many compliments from family and friends at our last get together.

Chris, the salesman from the Newbury Park office, came to my home to give me an estimate. Such a nice, thorough young man whose estimate was inline with others I had contacted. I was inclined to hire this company with so many positive reviews; however, had to go with someone else as the time frame needed could not be met. Happy they are so busy, but unhappy that I had to choose another.
We had a problem with our fencing that was installed 2 years ago; however after 4-6 months of negotiation, the company has agreed to replace it at no cost to us. The individual who was most helpful and finally got things moving is Ms.Yvette Gambina in the Thousand Oaks office even though the project was done through a different office. Ms. Gambina is truly customer centered. She not only listens but offers practical solutions and goes above and beyond what she needs to do to help the customer. Ms. Gambina represents the company well and if it wasn’t for her, I don’t know if we would still be Vinyl Concepts customers; however, we are planning another project soon knowing that the company stands behind their work and product.
