I waited a bit in posting to see how the work is holding up and how everyone is responding to the new fences.
We are a condo complex and we were looking to replace 8 old wooden patio fences with new vinyl ones.
As a HOA we are required to seek out three proposals, evaluate them and choose the best one.
Edgar from Vinyl Concepts came and bid on the project. We really liked everything he said and we loved the samples he left for us. They were very sturdy.
Vinyl Concepts wasn’t the cheapest of the 3 offers, but we really liked their samples and felt it was worth paying a bit extra for the good material.

I really enjoy the way my Vinyl Fence looks. Great improvement for my home. I’ve been having problems with the gate latch on warm days. Seems the vinyl may be expanding a bit. I called to request a service call and received a call back the next day to schedule the repair. A technician came out on the scheduled day right on time. After his evaluation of the gate problem he said that he would need to take the gate back to the shop for some adjustments and will also try to install a new latch. He said that he would be back in two or so hours. Right on time two technicians brought back my gate, all adjusted, new latch and they also included a handle to help close the gate. This company stands behind their products, responds to problems rapidly and sends great technicians that know what they are doing. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this business for fencing needs. Way to go team, nice response, great crew and a happy customer.
I was researching and looking everywhere to get a quality vinyl privacy fence and gate for my home. Edgar came out and was extremely personable and helpful. He listened to what I wanted, gave experienced advice, and made suggestions so I could stay within my budget but still get what I wanted. If you truly want to work with someone who knows their trade and isn’t trying to swindle you, ask for Edgar. I had had MANY estimates for companies come by and this one stood out above all of them.

I wanted a privacy fence that would withstand the winds. From the beginning they were very friendly.
Dave was my consultant and he was very friendly. He helped me with recommendations and even helped me save money.
When the workers started installing they explained it and they worked non stop.
I would recommend this place.
If I get more installed I’m definitely calling them back.

Vinyl Concepts just completed a large fence project for us. Included in that were very complicated RV gates with a hill on the side. The team crafted a solution that provides a really good looking fence with sufficient height for security. They fashioned some custom trim pieces for the tall gate. They were always courteous and friendly. The customer service staff, installation crew, showroom staff, and sales were all a joy to work with. The price was reasonable as well. We’re so glad we selected Vinyl Concepts!
